Smart Phones for NFC and QR Code Applications

As part of the Freedom line of products Viscount provides the ability of Near Field Communications (NFC) as well as the ability to use a smartphone to read QR codes from a distance and then act upon the information in various ways.  Typical applications for the reading of QR codes are opening of Gates or doors from a distance or performing safety checks (who is out of the building) after an emergency. The later we call Virtual Mustering.
